A valuation enquiry is an expression of interest—not a confirmed appointment or listing. Advertising may spend without producing an enquiry. No fixed lead quantity, sale, or financial return is guaranteed.

How much do I pay?
You select an advertising budget of at least US$50, in US$25 increments. The Lixtus service fee is 30% of advertising actually spent. If your full US$50 budget is spent, the fee is US$15 and the total is US$65. The calculator shows the estimate before you submit.
Is this a subscription?
No. This is a budget-based pilot, with no recurring subscription or automatic renewal. Any further spend requires your agreement.
Do I need my own campaign or website?
No separate campaign, website, or CRM setup is part of this offer. Lixtus uses its own acquisition and allocation system. We need your market and delivery details before confirming a pilot.
Are the enquiries exclusive?
Yes. Lixtus does not distribute the same delivered enquiry to another agent. This does not mean the homeowner has not independently contacted other agents.
How many enquiries will my budget generate?
There is no fixed quantity promised. Results vary by market and campaign performance, and a budget can be spent without generating enquiries. We do not promise appointments, listings, or sales.
How are enquiries delivered?
By email, Telegram, or both—whichever you prefer. We confirm your choice before launching an agreed pilot.
What if I want to stop, or some budget is unspent?
There is no subscription to renew. We agree the process for stopping future spend, treatment of unused funds, and invalid or duplicate enquiries before accepting payment. Ad spend already incurred is reported separately from unused budget.
Will I be charged when I submit?
No. This page submits a budget request only. We review your details and confirm availability and pilot terms before arranging payment. There is no active checkout on this page.
